Community connection has always been an important tool as I dive deeper into healing justice & reproductive justice work. I enjoy sacred sister circles and ceremony that allow me to reclaim ancestral practices while releasing and feeling rejuvenated for more life. When I am not working with clients, you can find me hiking in nature, eating my way through the city and playing with my son Zen.

Peace & Blessings! My name is Keesha and I have been a part of the Womb Care International family since 2022. I am a mother, daughter, auntie and sister who has centered my life around combatting the racial disparities that exist in the maternal and infant health care systems. In the States, the Black Maternal Health crisis is in a state of emergency and I’m passionate about families being informed to navigate these transitional spaces. Black birthing joy is our birthright. We deserve compassionate human-centered care as we grow our babies and rebirth ourselves.
I am a birth and postpartum doula providing holistic centered support to families in Los Angeles, California and surrounding areas. I have trained with amazing teachers like Haize Hawke, Ana Paula Markel & Erika Davis in the US. My studies have also brought me to Ghana in West Africa to study womb care under the guidance of Priestess Victorious. Since 2020, I have worked full time as a birth companion and educator walking with 100+ families through what informed decision making looks like and why we deserve the right to informed consent. It brings me immense joy to see families speaking up and out when it comes to their medical care.
